Our Story
Built backwards from the customer's plate
We began with a single grow-out cluster and a promise to a handful of restaurants: the same cut, the same weight, the same temperature — every single day. Meeting that promise meant taking control of what came before the kitchen door.
Today the company runs Hi-Tech poultry farms, a modern hatchery, an in-house feed manufacturing unit, an automated processing plant, blast freezing lines, owned cold storage and a temperature-tracked reefer fleet. Nothing critical is outsourced.
That integration is what allows us to serve national restaurant chains, modern trade retailers and institutional buyers with the reliability they plan their operations around — and it is what makes our quality claims auditable rather than aspirational.
